Because of customer requests, we now offer an “exchange rate” fill for propane. The tank is only filled to 15 pounds, which is the same amount in the tank as most propane exchange programs at other retailers. The purpose of a propane tank exchange program is to eliminate the need for an employee to fill those tanks.
At Plymouth VIP, our philosophy is quite different. Our job is to service all of our customers like we would like to be treated.
Why trade in your brand new tank at those propane exchanges when you can just as easily fill it here, all the while at a lower cost to you? We also sell new tanks if you are in need of one.
