Chris Robbins -

Chris is the General Manager of VIP Car Wash & Auto Service. He has received his ASE certifications for “Master Automobile Technician”, “Advanced Level Specialist” and “Service Consultant” for all makes and models of vehicles. Chris graduated from Wayzata High School in 2001 and proceeded to attend the Automotive Technician Program at Dunwoody College where he graduated number one in his class in 2003. Chris lives in Plymouth with his wife, daughter, dog, cat and fish. Chris also likes to keep busy with home improvement projects and playing poker with friends. His favorite part of the job is “Having a career in a great working environment where I am able to help friendly people everyday.” He also appreciates working with cutting edge equipment because it enables the shop to work on vehicles with uncommon or difficult problems. Chris explains, “Part of the fun is deciphering what is going on with each problem vehicle; it’s like putting together a puzzle.” He truly enjoys the work that he does and feels lucky to be in a career that he has been interested in since he was a child.

Dan is one of our ASE Certified Service Consultants and has been with Plymouth VIP since 2005. He attended High School at Benilde-St. Margarets in St. Louis Park and went on to College at North Dakota State University in Fargo, and Northwest Technical College in Moorhead. He completed the Automotive Technology Program and received his Associates Degree. Dan earned his Accredited Automotive Manager designation from the Automotive Management Institute in 2008 and is currently working towards his Elite Masters Program for Professional Service Advisors Certificate. Dan lives in St. Michael with his sister, Emily and cat, Tigger. He enjoys intramural sports, fishing and home improvement projects. When asked what his favorite part of his job is, Dan replied, “Helping others, working with people and seeing customers leave satisfied and happy with the service we provided them.”

Todd Quist Todd is one of our ASE Certified Master Automotive Technicians. Todd has been with Plymouth VIP Since 2001 and earned his degree from Hennepin Technical College in Automotive, Welding and Body Repair. He recently acquired his ASE Master Technician and completed specialized Hunter alignment training for our new state-of-the-art Hunter WA200 alignment console.. In his free time, Todd enjoys visiting with friends and family and playing golf. His favorite part of the job is working with the other employees. Todd says, “The people I work with are all fantastic. We all work as a team to get the job done.” |

Dan Moss
Dan is our most awarded ASE Master Advanced Level Specialist Technician. He started working for the company in 1987 as a cashier and worked his way up while attending Hennepin Technical College where he was awarded the prestigious student of the quarter award. Dan logs hours of advanced automotive training each year to ensure that he is truly one of the top automotive technicians in the country. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting, snowmobiling in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Dan is also an avid bowler and has scored four 300 games. When asked what his favorite part of the job is, Dan replied, “The satisfaction that comes with diagnosing a “dead” car and bringing it back to life.” He also enjoys keeping busy and seeing how many cars he can fix in a day.
